helpful staff convenient location
I was able to leave my suitcase at the hotel upon early arrival. Staff was helpful. i found extra tea bags, coffee, and milk at reception when needed. the hotel is close to the docks and town, a short walk away. A wetherspoons pub is conveniently next door.
The air conditioning only worked for a couple of minutes before switching off. There were no opening windows in the small room, resulting in a hot and uncomfortable night.

unbeatable location stylish decor comfortable bed
The location was unbeatable near the waterfront and a rail station. The room's decor felt stylish and it was very clean, what a win. The bed was really comfortable and I loved the big bathroom.
The air conditioning seemed off because I couldn't adjust it myself. Reception had to control it, a bit inconvenient.

central position really good breakfast high praise
this locations central position near james street station proved helpful. i loved the really good breakfast, the chef deserves high praise. it made mornings so happy and energized me for my days.
i find the constant noise from pipes and toilets was quite disturbing at night. it was very loud and interrupt my sleep, it really did.

late night terrible noise
the location felt very CENTRAL, and the staff were efficient.
i found that the noise LATE at night was terrible. i could hear everything from the nearby bar, and it made it hard to sleep WELL.
